Sometimes we can feel like we're at a crossroads, struggling to make a difficult decision.  Or going round and round the roundabout, despite our best efforts to not miss the turning.  

We want to move forwards, or go in a new direction...but we just don't know how.  
 

Whatever it is, talking to a trained and experienced professional, who knows what it feels like to be stuck and frustrated, not knowing how to move forwards, can really help.

 

Maybe what you need right now is to be able to talk and unload because things feel heavy.  Or your heart is hurting a little (or a lot) and life feels like groundhog day.  

 

Talking about it is exactly what can help.   

I tend to get a sense of who someone is, what's important to them, and where they're stuck,
 quite quickly.  Regardless of a deeper intuition, I’m good at reading between the lines, which means that I may be able to gain clarity where you have struggled because you're so close to the problem.

Drop-In Sessions have big sister vibes but we both know I'm not your big sister, which means that I don't know your parents, friends, partner, or anyone in your life...and we may never speak again.

I have no judgement of you, your situation, or the problem.  I’m an outsider looking in, who’s on your side, but who isn’t going to tell you either what you want to hear or what I want you to do (as so often unintentionally happens with loved ones).  
 

Drop-In sessions are over the telephone because they can feel more intense than Therapeutic Coaching, allowing us to focus on the only thing that's important during our time talking - how you feel and the problem at hand.  

Whilst some people are initially hesitant to talk on the phone rather than face-to-face, most people actually find that they are able to open up more easily.

You can throw your trackies on, make yourself a cuppa, and get cosy in your own home, with your furry friend next to you, and we'll just talk about what’s on your mind.  I will listen and ask questions that will help move your thought process along.  

You can let your thoughts fall out and I will catch them for you.

You will not see everlasting change in yourself and your life from one session. 

However, once you understand where you're stuck and therefore why, you will hopefully be able to see more clearly, feel lighter and less confused and have a better idea of how to move forwards. 

(And I don't know anyone who has ever said, 'Well, I feel so much worse getting that off my chest!')


But, at the end of the day, it all depends on you.
